Yes. You can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for services. If you’d like to bill your insurance for reimbursement, we provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company. Many patients find this gives them flexibility while still receiving high-quality care.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment of your movement, strength, and tissue function. We discuss your goals, perform hands-on evaluation, and create a personalized treatment plan, which may include soft tissue work, joint mobilization or manipulation, dry needling, and rehab exercises.

Upload or bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRIs, surgical reports), a list of medications, and your HSA/FSA card if you plan to use it. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement assessment.
